I don't eat sugar or refined food (as much as possible), and that helps to keep on top on of migraines, fibromyalgia, psoriasis, depression, epilepsy, low immune resistance and all the ailments induced or associated with the above. I have a vegan teenager, work long hours and I'm trying to make space for myself. 🌸

  • Raisin Walnut Bread from The China Study Cookbook. Super easy and delicious. Hit with the family.
  • Cabbage, tempeh, potato wedges (Mr. Pebz proclaimed them best ever), and beer cheese fondue.
  • I have a wine & build your own pizza ladies night splurge planned, so I'm eating accordingly today.
  • This may not be for everyone's tastes, but it really affected me. I will probably listen to it a few times.
